Framezz Refund Policy

1. Nature of the product

The photographs sold through Framezz are downloadable digital products.

2. Pre-purchase review

Before completing a purchase, the user has access to a preview of the selected photographs. It is the user's responsibility to verify that the images correspond to the photographs they wish to acquire.

3. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of the products offered, purchases made on Framezz are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

4. Exceptions

Framezz may evaluate refund requests only in cases such as: Duplicate charges. Technical failures attributable to the platform. Incorrect file delivery due to a Framezz error. Verifiable inability to access or download the acquired content.

5. Support requests

Requests related to payments or downloads must be made within 30 calendar days after the purchase via our support email or WhatsApp. Each case will be reviewed individually.

6. Reports and removal requests

If a user wants to report a photo or request its removal, they can do so from the flag available on each image. These requests do not trigger automatic removal or an automatic refund; they will be manually reviewed by Framezz and, where appropriate, the team will follow up through the provided contact email.

7. Acceptance

By completing a purchase on Framezz, the user acknowledges having previously reviewed the selected photographs and accepts this Refund Policy.

Photographs are digital products. Purchases are final except for the limited exceptions described above.
