1. Introduction
Framezz is a platform that allows users to locate and purchase event photographs using search and facial recognition tools. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and to using the information collected solely for the provision of our services.
2. Information we collect
Framezz does not require the creation of user accounts. The information we may collect includes: Cookies necessary for the operation of the platform. A technical identifier (Customer ID) used to associate purchases, downloads, and transactions. Information related to purchases made through our payment provider. Contact information that the user provides when making a purchase, which is processed by our payment provider.
3. Payment processing
Payments made on Framezz are processed by ONVO Pay. During the payment process, ONVO Pay may collect and store information such as name, email address, and transaction-related information, in accordance with its own privacy policies and regulatory obligations. Framezz does not store full credit or debit card numbers or sensitive financial information.
4. Use of facial recognition
Framezz uses facial recognition technology exclusively to help users locate photographs within the events available on the platform. The images users upload to perform a search are processed only during the search session and are not stored, retained, or incorporated into Framezz databases once the process is complete. Framezz does not create biometric profiles of users, does not sell biometric information, and does not use uploaded images for advertising, commercial, or any purposes other than the search requested by the user.
5. Use of information
The information is used to: Enable photograph searches. Manage purchases and downloads. Provide customer support. Improve the operation and security of the platform. Comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.
6. Information sharing
Framezz does not sell or commercialize personal information. Information may be shared only with technological providers necessary to operate the platform, payment processors, or when there is a legal obligation or requirement from a competent authority.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the correct functioning of the website, improve the user experience, and facilitate processes related to purchases and downloads. We also use third-party analytics tools (PostHog) that collect usage data in a pseudonymized manner —such as pages visited, navigation interactions, and session recordings— in order to understand how the platform is used and to improve it. These recordings automatically mask sensitive fields (card details, identification number, and email address) and do not capture your selfie photo. Users can configure their browser to reject certain cookies or block these tools; however, this may affect some platform functionalities.
8. Data retention
Framezz retains only the information necessary to operate the platform, process transactions, and comply with legal or tax obligations. Images uploaded by users to perform searches via facial recognition are not stored by Framezz and are used exclusively during the search process requested by the user.
9. User rights
Users may request information about the data that Framezz holds, as well as request its correction or deletion where legally appropriate. Requests can be made via our support email or WhatsApp.
10. Photo reports and removal requests
Users can report a photo from the flag available on each image when they believe it should be reviewed or removed. To process these requests, Framezz asks for a reason, details, a contact email, and a phone number. The contact information is used only to follow up on the report when needed. Each request is manually reviewed before action is taken.
11. Modifications
Framezz may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Modifications will take effect once published on this page.
