In the event, tap "Find me with a selfie", upload or take a clear photo of your face, and we'll show the photos you're in. Then pick the ones you want to buy.

We're still uploading the photos. Check back later — the event opens automatically once they're ready. If you've been waiting a while, contact support.

Select your photos, go to checkout, and enter your card and email details. Double-check your email — that's where your photos and invoice are sent.

Choose SINPE Móvil at checkout, enter your details, and send the exact amount we show you. Once we confirm the transfer, your photos are ready to download.

This can happen due to insufficient funds, wrong details, or a bank security block. Check your details or try another payment method.

On the download page we redirect you to right after payment, and in the email we send you. Check spam or promotions if you don't see it.

Message us on WhatsApp with the event name and the email you used at checkout. We'll check your payment and resend the link.
